I Hope This Helps: Create Your Ideal Employer Persona

How might collaboration, communication, conflict, growth, and development move from a place of empathy? These indicators sparked my desire to write an ebook defining who I'd like my ideal employer to be. Just like you, I've gone through challenging and uncomfortable moments with those in leadership positions and learned about empathy and alignment the hard way. Yet, I believe working with leaders that see you for who you are fuels innovation, safety, and doing your best work. 

Creating a persona helped me land roles where leadership prioritized me as a person. It's all about having clarity. And after years of trial and error, I began to see a shift in obtaining projects and meeting phenomenal people. I encourage you to utilize this book as a tool that aims to help you think outside the box when looking to align with suitable managers and avoid those who aren't. I know that my experiences may relate more to freelancers and contractors than others. Still, I believe this book can add value to everyone.
